Terms and Conditions are as follows

Products and Services.  Products refers to garments purchased from the Shop.  All products are represented as accurately as possible and though a great deal of care has been take to show true colours, different screens and monitors may show these colours differently.  The sizes are detailed in inches in addition to approximate UK dress sizes which are to be used as a guide only.  The measurements given in inches refer to the measurement of the body the garment will properly fit.  Services refers to garments commissioned through Made to Order contract, see below.

Payment will be made at the time of purchase in the checkout process which is prompted.  Items will remain available to buy in the shop until such time as the items are paid for.  Failure to checkout items in a cart could result in being sold to another customer.

Returns can be made in such event that the item is unsuitable for whatever reason.  Before a refund can be made, the item must be returned in the condition it was received, in the same packaging, to the address supplied and inspected on receipt to be found satisfactory.  The customer returning the item will be responsible for paying the postage and is obliged to use Royal Mail Special Delivery (or international equivalent for non UK customers) to protect against delay and or loss and damage.

Delivery.  All garments are supplied wrapped in unbleached tissue, tied in ribbons.  All items are posted with Royal Mail using the Special Delivery Service, this provides a level of insurance and guarantees the item will be delivered before noon the following day within the UK requiring a signature on receipt.  If you are not available to take receipt of the delivery, you will then be able to collect it from your Post Office.  I believe this is the best service available.

Made to Order contracts are drawn up in addition to these Terms and Conditions in the event that a garment is commissioned through the Made to Order service.  The enquiry and subsequent consultation are provided free of charge and exempt of obligation.  The contract will be drawn specifically for the individual and agreed upon with a non-refundable retaining deposit, after which the contract is binding to the terms therein.

Loss of buttons.  If your garment has buttons they will most probably be vintage and in low supply or in fact the only ones, I will have taken every care to ensure they are very well attached, however wear and use can set them free on occasion. It is possible I will be able to replace lost buttons, please contact me by email to look into this.
